The all new 2017 Mazda CX-9: Is it worth the SGD 175k?

Recently, the all new Mazda CX-9 has been launched in Singapore. However, it is not cheap. It cost SGD 175,000, Is it worth the money? So, let's find out.

The Mazda CX-9 is a stylish and compact 7 seater SUV. As you can see for the new car, they have added new headlights for the car and the headlights also have better daytime running lights which is very nice on the new car. The all new Mazda CX-9 also has that striking headlights which makes the car look sporty and stylish and there is also the talights which look like:

This is how the rear of the car looks like. It has very flat tailights which do not look as nice as the other cars like the Mazda CX-5. It is also more sporty than the old Mazda CX-9. In my opinion, even though I am not a big fan of the new tailights of the new Mazda CX-9's tailights, I still think that the new Mazda CX-9 tailights look better than the previous generation Mazda CX-9's tailight as the previous generation Mazda CX-9's tailights are not nice either. There are also many chrome parts on the exterior which makes the car look more luxurious and posh.

Interior:

The all new Mazda CX-9's interior is more stylish because of the glass panels on the dashboard and the doors. It comes with a whole new interior which is more luxurious and futuristic. There is also a sign on the instrument cluster which shows what doors are open. This is convenient for the driver as he or she can see which doors are opened or not closed propely. This is somehing that you would not get if you own a car like a Mazda CX-5. My family owns a Mazda CX-5 and we have to figure out what door is opened by trying to close every door propely.

There is also a better infotainment system which can also be controlled by the wheel and the buttons on the center console. The air-conditioning control is fully automatic which makes you feel like you are driving in a european car. There is also central locking for this car which is again something that you would not get in a car like the Mazda CX-5. The controls on the steering wheel of the car is also different than before. You would know this if you have owned a 5 seater Mazda SUV from 2014.

Is it worth the money:

I think that the all new Mazda CX-9 is worth the money because it is like a european car. I think that the Mazda CX-9 in the next generation would be better if it has more power.
